Data – Unemployment
The following charts show estimates from the American Community Survey (ACS) for the five years from 2015 through 2019. More recent racially disaggregated data is not currently available. For this time period, the rate of unemployment for Vermont’s Blacks was 25% higher than for whites.
Note: In many cases, there is a high level of uncertainty to these estimates.
We strongly encourage the State of Vermont to provide more timely, accurate and publicly available employment data.
